Enjoyed my mixed sish in a wrap (& coke). Decent enough for a local kebab shop. I think "Gourmet " is a bit of a stretch though.
I’ve been a loyal customer of this place for about three years now, and I must say, their wings and chips are simply delicious. I highly recommend them to anyone who enjoys grilled or BBQ flavors. If you’re a fan of whole chicken, they also have a platter that’s worth trying. Their specialty sauce takes this dish to the next level. However, I’ve noticed that the staff can be a bit unfriendly and rude at times. They seem to be more concerned with getting cash than with providing excellent customer service. If you insist on paying by card, they can be quite dismissive. Despite these issues, the taste of their food is undeniable. If you’re a fan of the flavors, I highly recommend giving them a try. Just be prepared for a less-than-warm welcome.
Before today my last visit here was in 2005, my last day working at the Sainsbury’s opposite where I’d get a takeaway for the journey home. Great food back then and also great food today! I’ll be coming back more often when I’m in the area.
I knew this place quite a few years ago. Even though I have moved far away each time I pass this shop I still thought the food. I love lamb shish and chicken wings, that’s my all-time favourite!
